摘 要:我国的110~220 kV高型配电装置采用的是软母线方案,其母线构架十分复杂,近年来限制了它的使用。文章介绍了ABB公司在21世纪初设计并成功运行于苏丹首都喀土穆110 kV城市环网2个枢纽变电站中,全新结构的110 kV铝管母线高型配电装置,它采用了两层垂直交叉轻型结构铝管母线高型布置、专利制造技术A型支架铝管母线连接金具、母线隔离开关垂直布置等一系列新设计、新技术,结构简单、轻巧且美观大方,克服了软母线方案的一些缺点。建议在消化吸引ABB公司工程经验基础上,设计出适合我国具体国情的110~220 kV铝管母线高型配电装置。The soft bus scheme is adopted in 110 ~ 220 kV distribution equipments with high type of arrangement in China, and its bus structural frame is very complex, which is restricted in use in recent years.This paper introduces the newest 110 kV distribution equipment with high type of arrangement using aluminum tube bus designed by ABB in the beginning of 21st century and successful operation in 2 hub substations of 110 kV city ring power network in Sudanese capital, which has adopted a series of new design and newtechnologies such as two levels of vertical overlapping light structure, connection hardware of aluminum tube bus with A type of supporting structure and bus disconnector of vertical arrangement to surmount some shortcomings of soft bus scheme.The paper suggests that 110 ~ 220 kV distribution equipments with high type of arrangement using aluminum tube bus and suitable for the specific national conditions of our country should be designed based on digestion of ABB's project experiences.
