摘  要:应用宽频域阻抗测量技术研究骨骼肌纤维走行与电场呈垂直和平行两个方向的蛙离体骨骼肌的被动电特性。采用Cole Cole数学模型的非线性数值计算 ,经过频域介电谱、Cole Cole图、介电损耗因子和介电损耗角正切频率谱的曲线拟合分析 ,建立了蛙骨骼肌细胞在垂直和平行两个方向的介电参数 :在垂直方向 ,高频段介电常数εh=78,第一介电常数增量△εl=1 1 30 0 0 ,第二介电常数增量△ε2 =4 5 0 0 0 ,第一特征频率fC1 =9kHz,第二特征频率fC2 =1 5 8kHz ,第一相位角 β1 =0 881 ,第二相位角 β2 =0 984 ,低频段电导率κL =0 5 5mS cm ;在平行方向 ,εh =78,△εl=5 5 0 0 0 0 ,△ε2=1 4 0 0 0 0 ,fC1 =1 1 2kHz,fC2 =1 9 9kHz,β1 =0 92 ,β2 =0 99,κL=4 5mS cm。The passive electrical properties of frog skeletal muscle were investigated by broad frequency impedance technology in both parallel and perpendicular orientation to the applied electric field in vitro, By using the Cole Cole equations nonlinear numerical calculation and curve fitting analysis within the frequency range of 100 Hz~100MHz, the dielectric parameters of frog skeletal muscle cells were determined by the frequency range dielectric spectroscopy, the Cole Cole plots, the loss factor and the loss tangent. The results are as follows: in the perpendicular orientation, the relative permittivity at high frequency ε h =78, the first relative permittivity increment△ε 1 =113000, the second relative permittivity increment△ε 2 = 45 000 , the first characteristic frequency f C1 =9kHz, the second characteristic frequency f C2 =158kHz,the first phase angle β 1 =0.881,the second phase angle β 2 =0.984,conductivity at low frequencyκ L =0.55mS/cm;in the parallel orientation, ε h =78,△ε l =550000,△ε 2 =140000,f C1 =1.12kHz,f C2 =19.9kHz,β 1 =0.92,β 2 =0.99,κ L =4.5mS/cm.
