摘 要:目的:探讨部分脱蛋白骨修复骨缺损的成骨作用。方法:用部分脱蛋白骨(PDB)来修复兔桡骨缺损,以自体髂骨移植和空白缺损为对照,术后4,8,12,24周取材,通过X线摄片和不脱钙硬组织切片检测,评价部分脱蛋白骨的成骨作用。结果:X线片可见4周时材料密度较高;8周时材料与宿主骨交界处模糊;12周时材料边缘部分区域密度接近宿主骨;24周时缺损区域密度更接近宿主骨,仍存有一些高密度影。经组织学形态观察可见4周和8周时新骨贴附材料生长;以后新骨增多;材料随着时间的推移逐渐降解吸收;24周时成骨量明显增多,仍可见部分残余材料。结论:部分脱蛋白骨可用于骨缺损的修复。AIM:To evaluate the osteogenetic effect of partially deproteinised bone(PDB) in repairing bone defects. METHODS:PDB was implanted into the radius bone defects of rabbits,and the autogenous iliac bone graft and empty defect were used as controls.The specimens were obtained 4,8,12 and 24 weeks after operation respectively,and the osteogenetic effect was evaluated through X ray radiograph and histological examination of undecalcified solid tissue. RESULTS:Through X ray,the density of the material was very high at week 4;the border between the material and host bone was blurred at week 8;the density of some part of the edge of the material was similar to that of host bone at week 12;the density of defect area was much similar to the host bone at week 24,with a little high density shadow.By histomorphological observation,bone callus grew toward defect area and new bone formed adhesively to the material at week 4 and 8;more new bone formed with time;and the materials were absorbed and degraded as time passed;the quantity of bone formation was much more at week 24,but there was a few residue materials. CONCLUSION:PDB can be used to repair bone defects.
