摘  要:目的:将人皮肤移植于裸鼠后产生的瘢痕(AnalogofHypertrophicScar,AHS)与人的增生性瘢痕(humanhypertrophicscar,HHS)进行对比,明确其作为增生性瘢痕动物模型的可行性。方法:将人全厚皮肤移植于裸鼠,建立增生性瘢痕动物模型,观察瘢痕增生的全过程,记录瘢痕的大体表现及生长特性,并对不同时期的AHS组织行苏木精-伊红和VG染色,分别与相应时期的HHS做对比。结果:AHS增生明显,增生期长,增生期瘢痕色红质硬,伴有明显瘙痒。真皮层增厚,胶原纤维致密紊乱,其间细胞及血管成分增多。结论:AHS无论大体表现、生长特性,还是组织学特点,都和HHS相似,是一种理想的增生性瘢痕动物模型。AIM:To compare the scar in nude mice induced by human skin graft transplantation(analog of hypertrophic scar,AHS) with the human hypertrophic scar(HHS) so as to evaluate the feasibility of AHS as an experimental model for HHS. METHODS:Human full thickness skin was transplanted into the nude mice to establish an animal model of HHS.The development of scar proliferation was observed,and the gross appearance and growth characteristics of HHS were recorded,and meanwhile,AHS tissues at different phases were satined with HE and VG,and compared with HHS at the corresponding phases. RESULTS:AHS proliferated obviously for quite a long period, and scars were hard and congested along with obvious itch during this period.Thickened dermis,dense and disorder collagen as well as increased cells and blood vessels were found. CONCLUSION:AHS is similar to HHS in gross appearance,growth characteristics and histological characteristics,so it is an ideal model for HHS.
