摘　　要：根据1998-2001年我国公开出版发行的30余种与水有关的科技期刊刊登的关于水科学研究的论文,同时参考了近4年来国家重大攻关项目和自然科学基金项目的研究报告。综述了近4年来我国在水文循环与地表水研究方面取得的主要成果和进展。Based on a large number of papers published in more than 30 kinds of journal which deal with different aspects of water sciences, simultaneously, the important national projects and project research reports of the National Natural Science Foundation of China in the recent four years, such as 'Study on ecological environmental change in the West China', one of national key scientific and technological projects during the past five years also are referred to. A review of advances on hydrological cycle and surface water has made.
