花式纱线的强伸性能分析

摘　　要：通过测试纱线的拉伸应力 应变曲线 ,对三种花式线的强伸性能进行了分析。结子线有两种断裂形式 ,纱线的强伸性能有较大差别 ;圈圈线的强伸性能主要由芯纱决定 ;氨纶包缠纱由氨纶提供弹性 ,由包缠在氨纶外侧的非弹性纱决定纱线的强力。This paper deals with the strength and elongation properties of three kinds of fancy yarns based on the stress-strain curve. The knotty yarn has two forms of rupture and their strength and elongation properties make a great difference. The strength and elongation properties of the loop yarn is mainly decided by the core yarn. The elasticity of the wrapped spandex yarn is provided by the spandex whilst the non-elastic yarn wrapped outside the yarn spandex decides the tenacity.
