摘　　要：　利用水利工程调水来改善城市周围河道水质是一种十分有效的措施,也是城市防洪工程另一项功能。嘉兴市首次利用新建的城市防洪工程,引清排污,达到改善市区内的水环境目的。通过对水位、排水量及水质的变化分析,建立了一套水质改善效果评价方法,并利用这种方法对本次调水试验的效果进行了评价。为今后调水方案的制定和实施提供了宝贵的经验。The jiaxing city makes use of the new city flood control engineering for the very first time, leading fresh water to drain off the polluted, and attaining the purpose of improving the water environment. By analysis of the variation of water level, displacement and water quality,a series of effectiveness evaluation method of the water quality improvement is established and used in the water adjusting experiment.
