摘　　要：为了解医院消毒工作质量,对医院常用消毒剂及物品和医护人员手进行了采样监测。结果,各监测对象的合格率分别为消毒剂为97.5％(306/314),物体表面为72.6％(112/168),医疗器械为87.2％(68/78),医务人员手为91.1％(82/90)。常用消毒剂有效成分含量测定合格率分别为含氯消毒剂为92.16％,戊二醛、碘伏和过氧乙酸全部合格。结果指出,医院物品存在污染超标,以医疗器械最明显。In order to know the disinfection quality of hospital, the disinfectants and articles in common use and hands of medical staffs in hospital were sampled and monitored. The results showed that the eligible rates of disinfectants, object surfaces, medical devices and hands of medical staffs were 97.5%(306/314), 72.6%(122/168),87.2%(68/78) and 91.1% (82/90) respectively. The eligible rates of active principle content of the disinfectants in common use were 92.16% for chlorine-containing disinfectants and 100% for iodophor and peracetic acid. The results indicated that contamination of articles exceeding allowable limit was present in the hospital and the contamination of medical devices was most apparent.
