幼儿园儿童手细菌污染及其消毒效果监测

摘　　要：为了解幼儿园儿童手及物体表面细菌污染情况及其消毒效果,对两所不同性质幼儿园进行了调查和监测。结果,幼儿园儿童手在每天入园前手上细菌总数平均超标率为43.20％,入园后细菌污染超标率平均为36.10％;经过流水肥皂洗手后细菌污染超标率平均为10.67％,消毒剂洗手后细菌污染超标率平均为5.48％。物体表面、水龙头细菌污染超标率平均为50.00％,桌面污染超标率平均为28.57％,书本污染超标率平均为33.33％。结果指出,幼儿园儿童手经普通水简单洗手对降低细菌污染作用不明显,流水肥皂洗手去污染效果比较好。In order to know bacterial contamination and disinfection efficacy of hands of children and surfaces of objects in kindergartens, 2 kindergartens of different properties were investigated and monitored. The results showed that the average rate of exceeding allowable limit of total bacterial count on hands of children before entering the kindergartens every day was 43.20% and that after entering the kindergartens was 36.10%. The average rate of exceeding allowable limit of bacterial contamination after washing hands with running water and soap was 10.67% and that after washing hands with disinfectants was 5.48%. The average rate of exceeding allowable limit of bacterial contamination of surfaces of objects and taps was 50.00%, that of table surfaces was 28.57% and that of books was 33.33%.
