摘　　要：目的:建立一种用高压液相色谱检测利福平胶囊含量的方法。方法:采用 LichrospherRP—8柱,0.075mol/LKH_2PO_4-乙腈-甲醇(1:1:1)为流动相,254nm 检测。结果:在4-120mg/L范围内,峰面积比与浓度呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9998。样品加样回收率为100.01%,RSD 为0.77%。结论:此方法简便、快速、准确,可作为测定利福平胶囊含量方法。Objective:To establish a method for simultaneous determination of the content of Rifampicin Capsules by HPLC.Method:To a HPLC has been established on Lichrospher C8 col- umn.The mobile phase was a mixture of acetonitrile-KH_2PO_4(0.075mol/L)-methanol(1:1:1), with the detection wavelengthe at 254nm.Result:The standard curve is linear within the concen- tration range of 4～120mg/L.The recovery could reach 100.1% and the relative standard devia- tion (RSd) was 0.77%.Conclusion:The method is simple、accurate and of excellent precision,al- so as a method for determing Rifampicin Capsutes content.
