摘　　要：目的:针对高效液相色谱法测定盐酸环丙沙星片含量结果偏差大进行进一步讨论,用于生产及质量控制。方法:以 DiamonsiL—C_(18)(250×4.6mm,5um)为色谱柱;用0.05mol/L 枸橼酸溶液-乙晴(82:18)用三乙胺调节 pH 值至3.5为流动相,检测波长277nm,流速为1.0ml/min,以外标法按峰面积计算。结论:在含量测定过程中,发现过滤用的定性滤纸对环丙沙星有吸附,以致使含量测定结果出现假象,经多次试验,直接采用微孔滤膜过滤,可真实反映含量测定结果。Objective:About determination Ciprofloxacin Hydrochloride tablet content result deviation of HPLC method go a step further discussion,for produce and quatity control.Method: Chromatographic column is DiamonsiL-C_(18) (250×4.6mm,5um),Mobile phase is 0.05mol/L Citric Acid.Solution-Acetonitrile(82:18).Use Triethy camine adjust PH to 3.5,Detection wave length:277mm,on this condition.Current Velocity is 1.0ml/min.According to peak area to calcu- late with external standard method.Result:In the course of the content determination,find quali- tative filter-paper of nas adsorption about Ciprofloxacin.so as to appear content false appearance. Go through with many times test.Direct use millipore memhrance filter,to truly reflect content of determination result.
