摘　　要：世纪之交,日共召开了22大,对有42年历史的党章进行了全面的修改,这在日共历 史上具有重要的意义,明确了日共在新世纪的方针政策和奋斗目标。现从修改党章的时代背 景、主要内容以及几点认识三个方面加以阐述。At the turn of the century, the Communist Party of Japan holds its 22nd national congress and amends its 42 - year constitution comprehensively. The congress is of great significance in the CPJ's history and clarifies the Party's policies and goals in the new century. The article expounds on the background and main content of the newly - amended constitution, as well as the author's views on it.
