摘　　要：目的 :探讨射流雾化吸入沐舒坦治疗老年肺炎的疗效与护理。方法 :对 186例老年肺炎患者随机分为两组 ,均采用综合治疗。观察组加用射流雾化吸入沐舒坦 ,对照组滴注沐舒坦。对治疗前后症状、体征、脉搏、血氧饱和度及转归结果进行分析研究。结果 :射流雾化吸入沐舒坦在症状、体征的持续时间方面均明显优于对照组 ,治愈率较高。结论 :射流雾化吸入沐舒坦治疗老年肺炎可缩短病程 ,改善症状 。Objective To probe in the effect and the nursing of fluidic atomization inbreathing Mucosolvan for senile pneumonia.Method 186 patients with senile pneumonia were separated into two the groups random, and used synthesis treatment. The observation group added fluidic atomization inbreathing Mucosolvan, and the contrast group dropped Mucosolvan, the result was analytic research.Results The observation group preceded the contrast group in each side, and the curing rate was higher.Conclusion Fluidic atomization inbreathing Mucosolvan for senile pneumonia can shorten the course of disease, and the effect is exact.
