摘 要:[目的 ]探讨人骨骼肌的肌梭分布与肌内神经分支分布的关系。[方法 ]用改良的Sihler’s神经染色法 ,观察肌肉的肌内、外神经分支分布 ;HE染色并体视学方法 ,观察肌梭形态及分布特点。[结果 ]胸大肌锁骨部肌内神经分支丰富 ,肌梭密度较高 ,形态复杂 ,以联合体形式存在的比例较高。胸大肌胸肋部的肌腹中部及胸小肌肌腹中部肌内神经分支较中部以外其他部位丰富 ,肌梭密度高于其他部位 ,肌梭形态复杂。 [结论 ]肌梭沿肌内神经分支分布 ,肌内神经分支丰富处密度较大 。Objective] To investigate the relationship between intramuscular nerve branching pattern in skeletal muscle and the distribution of muscle spindles. [Method] Modified Sihler' s technique was used to study the innervation of muscle. HE staining technique and stereology method were used to study the morphology and distribution of muscle spindles. [Results] The intramuscular nerve branches were rich in the clavicular part of pectoralis major, where the conjunctive forms of muscle spindle have more appearance and the morphology of muscle spindle was more complex. So did the middle part of the sternal part of pectoralis major and the middle part of pectoralis minor. [Conclusion] Muscle spindles distribute along the intramusclar nerve branches. Exist at a higher clensity and in a more complex morphology where intramuscular nerver branches are rich.
