摘　　要：简要介绍了虚拟仪器的概念、特点 ,阐述了电工电子虚拟实验室的功能、组成及具体实施方案。虚拟仪器的引入 ,大大提高了实验效率 ,解决了设备不足的矛盾 ,降低了实验成本 ,增强了学生的积极性和创造性 ,使教学。This paper introduces concepts and characteristics of the Virtual instrument. The function, components and solution of the Virtual Lab for electronic and electrical specialty are presented. Applying the VI has improved the efficiency of experiment, decreased the cost of lab, solved the shortage of instruments, enhanced the enthusiasm and creativity of students, advanced the teaching and research at the same time.
