锯缘摄龟和金头团壳龟输卵管的组织学研究

摘　　要：在繁殖季节对锯缘摄龟和金头团壳龟输卵管进行组织学研究,发现运两种龟输卵管全长粗细不匀,前端细,中端略粗,近“子宫”处最粗。将输卵管分成上、中、下三段,分别进行固定,作石蜡切片,用H. E染色法,观察到输卵管从里到外可分为粘膜、肌肉层和浆膜三部分。粘膜又可分粘膜上皮和固有层。粘膜上皮由纤毛细胞和分泌细胞组成,输卵管中、上段纤毛细胞较多;固有层主要由腺细胞组成。肌肉层是由外纵内环平滑肌组成,输卵管下段肌肉较发达,且肌肉里血管也丰富。最外层的浆膜由不规则细胞组成。Auther has studied the oviduct tissues of Cyclemys mouhotii and Cuora aurocapitata during the breeding period and, comes to the conclusion that the thickness and thinness along the oviduct of each tortoise vary in size, i.e. the above segment is thin, the middle slighthy thick and the low near the 'metra' thickest. The oviduct was cut in three and fixed separately as paraffin sections wity H—E (that is, using the method of hematoxylin eosin). As a result, the oviduct could also be from inside to outside divided into three parts, i.e. mucous membrane, lamina muscularis and serosa. Mucous membrane consists of mucous membrane epithelium, which was composed of ciliated and secretory cells and more cilicated cells on the above and middle segments of the oviduct, and laminia propria, which mainly composed of gland cells. The muscular layer, the inner circular and outer longitudinal muscles, is the thickest on the low segment of the oviduct and velatively more blood vessels in it. Furthermore, the outer serosa consists of irregular cells.
