白芍总甙对小鼠学习记忆行为的影响

摘　　要：采用小鼠跳台法,观察了白芍总甙对由东茛菪碱、亚硝酸钠和25%乙醇造成的小鼠记忆障碍病理模型的影响。实验结果表明,白芍总甙对东莨菪碱引起的小鼠学习和记忆获得不良有改善作用,而对亚硝酸钠和乙醇分别造成的小鼠记忆巩固不良及记忆再现缺失无明显影响。另外,观察到白芍总甙能增强正常小鼠的学习和短时记忆,而不影响其长时记忆。The effects of Total Glucosides of Paeony Root (TGPs) on amnesia induced by scopolamine, sodium nitrite (NaNO_2) and 25% alcohol were investigated in step-down test in mice. The results suggest that TGPs improve the impairments of lenrning and memory acquisition induced by scopolamine, but not significantly in the impairments of memory consolidation by NaNO_2 and the impairments of memory retrieval by 25% alcohol. In addition, the results showed that TGPs increase both learning and short-term memory abilities in normal mice, but no influence on long-term memory.
