左室假腱索位置与心律失常关系194例分析

摘　　要：应用多普勒心动图在748例无器质性心脏病者中检出194例左室假腱索(LVFT)。检出率:25.9%。LVFT可引起室性心律失常和交界性心律失常。本文对LVFT的位置与心律失常关系进行了讨论,结果表明:室性心律失常以附着在室间隔心尖段至左室侧壁心尖段的LVFT者发生率最高,而交界性心律失常以附着在室间隔上段至左室侧壁中段的LVFT者发生率最高。From 748 cases of normal subjects without organic cardiac disease, 194 cases of left ventricular false tend (LVFT) were detected by Doppler ultracardiogram. The detecting rate was 25.9%. We found that LVFT can cause ventricular arrhythmia and atrium-ventricule junctional arrhythmia, and the incidence rate of ventricular arrhythmia was highest in the group of that LVFT was attached from apical ventricular septal to apical left ventricular lateral wall, yet the incidence rate of atriue-ventricule junctional arrhythmia was highest in group that LVFT was attached from upper ventricular septal to medium left ventricular lateral wall.
