国人肺结核动脉血液气体的观察研究

摘　　要：本文选44例肺结核患者分为轻重型肺结核组,轻29例重15例,及正常者40例,慢性阻塞性肺部疾病(COPD)者35例进行动脉血气测定的观察研究。轻型组与正常组比较相差不显著(P>0.05);轻型组与重型组、COPD组比较相差非常显著(P<0.01)。轻型组血气异常仅表现低氧血症,重型组、COPD组血气异常明显如呼衰、代酸等。重型组与COPD组比较相差不显著(P>0.05),但提示二组血气异常明显,均有相似气道损害。经治疗轻型组低氧血症纠正,重型组。COPD组血气明显改善。需指出重型组在抗痨同时应纠正呼衰、代酸。We determined aiteral blood gas in 44 patients with pulmonarp tuberculosis (29 cases of them were minimal TB, 15 cases were serous TB), 35 patients with COPD and 40 health subjects. The results showed that the arterial blood gas in. minimal TB group presented only hypoxemia, while there were marked resiratory failure, metabolic acidosis in serious TB group and in COPD group, and there were siminar airway damages, After treatment hypoximia has been also remakably improved in minimal TB group. These suggested that in the treatment of minimal TB group. These suggested that in the treatment of serious TB group by antituberculosis medicines, the respiratory failure and metabolic acidosis should also be corrected at the same time.
