甲状腺素 生长激素和性激素与儿童智力的相关性研究

摘　　要：本文采用随机加2:1条件配对法对140名智力正常儿童和70名病因不明的智力低下(MR)儿童作智商(IQ)和血甲状腺素(TH、T3、T4)、生长激素(GH)、睾酮、(T)和雌二醇(E2)的检测。经微机软件作差异性和多元相关分析。结果提示T3、T4和GH与儿童的智力密切相关。We determined the intelligence quotient (IQ) of 140 normal mental children and 70 montal retardation (MR) children from 9 to 14 years old in. Hefei. thyroxine (T_3, T_4),growth hormone (GH), testosterone(T) and estradiol (E_2) wore also measured. With the aid of computer, we made a comparision between the IQ. The results showed that T_3, T_4, GH were closely related with the intelligence of children.
