摘 要:该文对黄河下游地区地下水环境问题进行系统调查,采用对比分析方法,以环境约束为条件,评价黄河下游浅层地下水资源及其潜力,探讨浅层地下水资源变化的原因,并针对浅层地下水无潜力区进行了含水系统调蓄能力分析,提出合理开发利用地下水的模式和建议。近二十年来,由于黄河断流及气候的影响,黄河下游地区地下水补给条件发生了变化,与20世纪80年代相比,浅层地下水可开采资源减少19 19亿m3/a,地下水资源潜力减少29 62亿m3/a,在地下水无潜力区进行含水系统调蓄尤为重要。Based on the hydrogeological survey in the downstream of the Yellow River,this paper reevaluates the shallow groundwater resource amount and its potential by the new data and comparative methods.It also analyzes the reason of shallow groundwater resource change in recent years and the regulation and storage capacity of groundwater reservoir in this area which is lack of groundwater potential.It is concluded that the groundwater recharge of this region has changed in the late 20 years due to the zero-flow period of the Yellow River and climate change,and the groundwater is in imbalance.Compared with the one in 1980s,the exploitation of shallow groundwater has reduced by nearly 10~9 m^3/a and its potential has decreased by about 3×10~9 m^3/a.Some advices about reasonable utilization of groundwater resource to ensure the sustainable development of economy are proposed as well.
