不同剂量黄柏的大补阴丸(汤)对CJ小鼠胸腺细胞凋亡的影响

摘　　要：目的　比较不同剂量黄柏的大补阴丸 (汤 )诱导CJ小鼠胸腺细胞凋亡的差别。方法　用空肠弯曲菌免疫小鼠制备自身免疫病模型 ,造模第二周起 ,分别用小、中、大三个不同剂量黄柏的大补阴丸 (汤 )灌胃 ,连续用药两周后处死。取胸腺细胞 ,通过流式细胞仪计数 ,检测胸腺细胞凋亡率。结果　胸腺细胞凋亡率随方中黄柏剂量的加大而增高。结论　大剂量黄柏的大补阴丸 (汤 )效果最好 ,黄柏在全方大补阴丸 (汤 )诱导的CJ小鼠胸腺细胞凋亡过程中发挥重要作用。Objective To observe the differences of thymocytes apoptosis induced by DBYW with different dosages of CP in autoimmune mice .Methods Autoimmune mice models induced by CJ were used as experimental objects.From the second week after immunization to the fourth week ,the mice were given DBYW with different dosages of CP . Apoptosis of thymocytes of these mice was assayed by flow cytometry. Results The apoptosis rates increased dose-dependently with CP in DBYW. Conclusion DBYW with high dosage of CP is better than the others.CP plays an important role in the process of apoptosis of thymocytes induced by DBYW
