摘　　要：目的　探讨腹腔介质增强超声显像技术对大鼠肝肾功能的影响。方法　选用 2 0只SD大鼠 ,随机分为两组 ,每组 10只 ,腹腔内平衡液注射组和正常对照组 ,于注水后的第 3天和第 10天分别对每只大鼠的肝肾功能进行检测。结果　腹腔内平衡液注射组与正常对照组肝肾功能各项指标无明显差异。结论　腹腔介质增强超声显像技术对大鼠肝肾功能无明显影响。Objective To explore the influence of intra-abdominal medium enhancement ultrasonic imaging on liver and renal functions. Methods Twenty rats were divided into two groups randomly, the group with Sodium Lactate Linger injection into abdominal cavity and the control group .The liver function and renal function were examined respectively on the 3rd and 10th day after injection. Results Significant difference between the two groups couldn't be found. Conclusion Intra-abdominal medium enhancement ultrasonic imaging has no obvious effect on liver and renal functions of rats.
