摘 要:本文研究了以增钙渣为主要原料烧制泡沫玻璃用作墙体保温材料,探讨了发泡剂、烧成温度、增钙渣细度等对泡沫玻璃性能的影响。研究结果表明,发泡剂掺量为2.0%~4.0%,烧结温度为1150℃,增钙渣通过180目方孔筛,可以制得开孔率大于40%、表观密度220~310kg/m3、抗压强度2.5~3.4MPa的淡黄色保温材料。The manufacture of cellular glass by calcareous slag was discussed in this article. How blowing agents, finishing-burn temperature and the fineness of calcareous slag affected the properties of cellular glass was discussed too. The research showed that light yellow cellular glass with over 40% open area, apparent density 220~310kg/m3 and 2.5~3.4MPa compression strength can be manufactured under the following condition: the addition of blowing agent 2.0~4.0%, finishing-burn temperature 1150°C, and the fineness of calcareous slag 180 mesh.
