摘　　要：针对导致钢丝绳失效的各种疲劳问题 ,通过适当的选材、结构设计和加工制造等 ,采取一系列的有效设计方法 ,在很大程度上改善了钢丝绳的抗疲劳能力 ,使钢丝绳在抽油机中的使用寿命达到了 2年以上 。Based on the features of variable radius and free of transversal beam of the involute wheel in the oil exploitation machines,a series effective technical measures are presented. The cords service life is more than 2 years with the application of above measures and therefore the above obstacles are satisfactorily resolved.
