摘　　要：介绍一种在CT机数据格式未知情况下由视频图像的灰度重建CT数的算法。主要应用于PACS中的CT图像的数字化。该法通过对若干幅视频采集的CT图像的处理,由灰度反求CT数。随后,在所有的CT图像的存贮和传输的过程中用CT数代替灰度图像,需要图像时,再将CT数按新的窗宽、窗位转化为灰度图像。这种方法应用于没有数字接口的CT机上可以在计算机上模拟CT机上根据窗宽、窗位的变化得到不同图像的效果,具有良好的实验效果与实用价值。An algorithm of reconstructing CT numbers from gray levels is presented here. It is mainly applied to those CT systems whose data format is unknown. By processing a series of CT images with certain window levels and window widths, gray levels are obtained. CT numbers could be stored and transmitted. It is of special use for the CT systems which doesn't conform with DICOM. It then can display different CT images with arbitrary window width and window level, just like on the real CT system.
