摘  要:探讨PACS诊断工作站与小型DSA匹配在介入治疗中的应用价值。将PACS诊断工作站与小型DSA相接后,将原来的PH-DSA视频图像转变为10~25帧/秒的数字DSA图像,可上传输至PACS,达到资料共享,提高了图像后处理的功能。应用该系统获得的数字图像能够保持原设备的清晰程度,无明显失真,可以显示1-2mm的3-4级血管。采用小型DSA与PACS诊断工作站相匹配,可以为介入治疗的开展提供可靠的保障。Objective: To discuss the applied value of the matching of the PACS diagnostic workstation (Medvision2.06) with the miniature DSA in the interventional therapy. Method : By means of video acquisition-conversion,PACS diagnostic workstation collected PH-DSA video images obtained by the miniature DSA(Shimadzu WHA-50N/S),while using DICOM3.0 international standard. The workstation's usage efficacy was evaluated through analysing the images of 67 patients examined or treated by this system.Results: Linking the PACS diagnostic workstation with the miniature DSA, can convert the original PH-DSA video images into 10-25 f/s digital DSA images which can be transmitted to PACS and be shared.And thus the image post-processing function is increased.The system can keep the image clarity of the original equipments without deformation, and can display the 3-4 level vessels of 1-2mm in diameter. Conclusion: The matching between the miniature DSA and the PACS diagnostic workstation can ensure the reliable efficiency for the interventional therapy.
