外周血淋巴细胞与口腔脱落细胞彗星试验在丙烯腈接触人群职业健康监护中的比较

摘　　要：目的　比较外周血淋巴细胞和口腔脱落细胞彗星试验在丙烯腈作业人群遗传损伤评价中的效果。方法　选取职业接触丙烯腈的男工 2 5人为接触组 ,平行进行口腔脱落细胞彗星试验和人外周血淋巴细胞彗星试验。选取 2 0名不接触毒物的健康男工为口腔脱落细胞彗星试验的对照组 ,选取 2 4名不接触毒物的健康男工为外周血淋巴细胞彗星试验的对照组。结果　接触组与对照组比较 ,口腔脱落细胞彗星试验两组结果差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 ) ,而外周血淋巴细胞彗星试验两组结果差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 )。结论　对丙烯腈接触人群进行遗传损伤监护时 ,外周血淋巴细胞彗星试验比口腔脱落细胞彗星试验更灵敏。Objective To compare the effect of Comet assay in peripheral blood lymphocytes and buccal mucosal cells on detecting genetic damage in workers exposed to acrylonitrile (ACN).Methods Twenty-five male workers were taken as the exposure group for conducting parallel Comet assay in peripheral blood lymphocytes and buccal mucosal cells.Twenty healthy male workers were taken as the control group for Comet assay in buccal mucosal and twenty-four healthy male workers were taken as the control group for Comet assay in peripheral blood lymphocytes.Results The difference of DNA damage in lymphocytes was significant between the exposure group and control group,however,there was no significant difference of DNA damage in buccal cells between the exposure group and control group.Conclusions When assessing the early genetic damage of ACN exposed population during health surveillance,Comet assay in peripheral lymphocytes was more sensitive than that in buccal mucosal cells.
