湖北省养路工人预期寿命和死亡原因的回顾性分析

摘　　要：目的　对湖北省养路工人的预期寿命和死亡原因进行分析。方法　收集 1990～ 1999年湖北省养路工人的资料 (共 36 80 9人 ) ,以蒋庆琅法编制寿命表 ,计算伤残调整生命年 (disabilityadjustedlifeyear,DALY) ,并对养路工人的死亡原因进行分析。结果　男性养路工≤ 5 0岁年龄组的预期寿命小于普通男性居民 ;养路工的平均每人年DALY高于普通居民 ;养路工人所损失的健康人年数主要是由低年龄组的工人死亡所造成的 ;养路工人的死因顺位依次为心血管病、恶性肿瘤、意外事故等。其中 ,意外事故致死率明显高于普通居民。结论　养路工人接触多种职业危害因素 ,导致预期寿命低于普通居民 ,损失的健康生命年要高于普通居民 ,死亡原因中意外事故致死率高于普通人群。Objective To analyze life expectancy and death cause of road menders in Hubei Province.Methods Data of \{36 809\} road-menders in 1990～1999 in Hubei Province were collected to compile the life table according to Jiang Qinglang method,from which the disability adjusted life year(DALY)was calculated,and their death causes were analyzed.Results The life expectancy of male road menders of ≤50 years group was smaller than that of normal population.The average DALY of road-menders was higher than that of normal population.The main lost was in low age group.The death causes were in the order of cardiovascular diseases>malignant tumors>accidental contretemps etc.Among them,the mortality due to accidental contretemps was remarkably higher than that of normal population.Conclusions Road-menders exposed to variety of occupational hazards.Their life expectancy was lower than that of normal population.Mortality due to accidental contretemps and DALY were higher than that of normal population.
