摘　　要：目的　探讨不同路面养路工人血浆热休克蛋白 70 (heatshockprotein ,HSP70 )抗体水平及其意义。方法　对不同路面养路工人进行常规体检 ,并采用Westernblot ELISA检测不同稀释度血浆中HSP70水平。结果　养路工组白细胞数较对照组明显升高 (P <0 0 5 ) ;各种疾病检出率比对照组增加 ;血浆HSP70抗体总阳性率 (38 71% )较对照组 (2 5 6 4 % )明显升高 (P <0 0 5 ) ,但两组之间不同稀释度的血浆HSP70抗体阳性率相比 ,差异无显著性 ;按不同路面类型分组 ,各组养路工血浆HSP70抗体阳性率呈逐渐上升趋势 ,其顺序为水泥路工、砂石路工、混合路工和沥青路工。结论　各种职业性有害因素导致养路工人职业病危害比对照组明显增加 ,血浆中HSP70抗体可能参与了这一危害过程。因此 ,血浆HSP70抗体有可能作为评价养路工人职业病危害的生物标志物。Objective To explore the level of antibody against heat shock protein 70 (HSP70) of road-menders working on different road surfaces and its significance.Methods Conventional physical examination was conducted for road-memders working on different road surfaces,and western blot-ELISA was used to detect the titer of antibody against HSP70.Results WBC,morbidity and positive rate of antibody against HSP70 in workers group were higher than those in control group,however,no significant difference was found in total positive rate of antibody against HSP70 between two groups.The positive rate of antibody against HSP70 increased in the order of cement road,stones road,mixed road and pitch road.Conclusions Road-menders exposed more occupational hazards than the control.The antibody against HSP70 possibly plays some roles in the process,which might be taken as a biomarker in evaluation of the occupational hazard for road-menders.
