摘 要:目的 探讨不同路面养路工人职业病危害情况及与脂质过氧化的关系。方法 对 2 0 0名公路系统在职人员按不同路面的养护工种分组 ,调查职业病危害情况 ,并检测血清脂质过氧化水平。结果 养路工人职业病危害主要为粉尘和体力劳动强度较大 ,沥青路养路工人还接触了较多的毒物 ;水泥路、沥青路组血清超氧化物歧化酶水平 (111 7± 18 4 ) ,(10 4 7± 2 9 7)NU/ml明显高于对照组 (88 4± 2 0 5 )NU/ml;各组血清谷胱甘肽含量差异无显著性。结论 养路工人在工作中接触了多种复杂的职业有害因素 ,受到不同程度的脂质过氧化损伤 ,其中 ,以水泥路和沥青路的养路工人更为严重。Objective To study occupational hazards of road-menders working on different road surfaces and their relationship with lipid peroxidation.Methods 200 subjects were divided into different groups according to job categories to investigate their exposed occupational hazards and to study their level of lipid peroxidation.Results The main occupational hazards of road-menders were dust and heavy physical intensity.For those working on pitch road,their exposure was more hazardous.The activity of SOD increased significantly in those working on cement and pitch road.The GSH concentrations of four groups showed no significant difference.Conclusions Road-menders exposed to many occupational hazards,and different lipid peroxidation occurred in their body,especially in those working on cement and pitch road.
