摘　　要：目的:探讨同种异体肝移植术后并发症的原因、诊断以及处理措施。方法:分析6例同种异体肝移植病人手术后并发症的临床表现、处理经过及措施。结果:6例同种异体肝移植病人术后都程度不同地出现了各种并发症,通过严密的观察和及时有效的处理,并发症都得到了有效的治疗,保证了病人术后的顺利恢复。结论:术中细致操作、术后严密的观察和及时正确的处理,是预防和避免同种异体肝移植手术并发症的有效措施。Objective To explore the cause, diagnosis and treatment measure of postoperative complications in patients receiving liver allo-transplantation. Methods The clinical manifestations, treatment measures of the postoperative complications were analyzed in 6 patients receiving liver allo-transplantation. Results Various copmplications occurred in varying degrees in all the 6 patients. The complications were effectively and timely treated,and all the patients are successfully recovered due to our careful observation and ereatment. Conclusions Fine performance during the operation, careful observation after the operation, correct and timely treatment are effective measures to prevent postoperative complications in the patients receiving liver allo-transplantation.
