人参注射液治疗冠心病心气虚证与心阴虚证的临床研究

摘　　要：本文通过对人参注射液治疗冠心病心气虚、心阴虚证57例临床疗效观察。结果表明,人参能显著改善冠心病心气虚证患者心绞痛、心电图异常,降低心气虚证候积分值,显著改善血液流变性、体外血栓、微循环状态异常。而人参对冠心病心阴虚证患者的心绞痛、心电图疗效远比心气虚证差,并且使证候表现加重,使血液流变性体外血栓、微循环异常显著加重或呈加重趋势。提示人参治疗冠心病亦须辨证使用。We have researched clinical effect of treated 57 cases of heart-Qi deficiency and heart-Yin deficiency of coronary heart disease with Ginseng injections. The results indicate Ginseng can improve angina pectorss and electrocardiogram,hemorrheogical indices,external thrombogenesis,microcirculation s' abnormality; degrease symptom indices of heart-Qi deficiency of coronary heart disease remarkablely. But Ginseng have worse effect of angina pectoris and electrocardiogram to heart-Yin deficiency than to heart-Qi;deficiency of coronary heart disease; and symptom indices. hemorrheogical indices, external thrombogenesis, microcirculation in heart-Yin deficiency worsen. These prove there must be syndrome-differentiation in treatment of coronary heart disease with Ginseng injections.
