摘 要:在模拟平流式沉淀池、竖流式沉淀池及SBR反应器中,通过放置短管填料可以使浊度去除率提高20%~30%,减少泥水分离的时间.浊度去除率随着放置填料的增加和反应器内水流水平流速的减少而增加.在反应器中放置短管填料可以促进混凝效果,投加混凝剂后可以使浊度去除率提高20%左右.短管填料在反应器中自然放置与固定放置相比,浊度去除率可以提高10%左右.Some conclusions are drawn from laboratory tests: the laying of short-tube filling in the horizontal-flow sedimentation basin, vertical-flow sedimentation basin, and SBR reactor raises the turbidity removal ratio by 20%~30% and reduces the water-soil separation time; the turbidity removal ratio is raised when the amount of filling added is increased, and the horizontal flow velocity is decreased; the laying of short-tube filling can improve the effect of coagulation, and the adding of coagulants can raise the turbidity removal ratio by about 20%; compared with the fixed laying of short-tube filling in reactors, the free laying of filling can raise the turbidity removal ratio by about 10%.
