摘　　要：棉散纤维前处理是色纺产品的关键工序 ,采用煮练酶SKD对棉散纤维进行前处理。生产实践证明 ,煮练酶SKD不仅可以完成对棉散纤维染色的前处理 ,而且可获得蓬松柔软的手感 ,短纤维少、平直度高 ,棉籽壳经煮练可在开松、梳棉中轻易去除 。Cotton loose fiber pretreatment is the key step for spun-dyed fabric manufacturing. Scouring enzyme SKD is used for pretreating cotton loose fiber. The results from the practice show that loose fiber after SKD treatment not only are suitable for dyeing , but also have soft and bulky handle, low cut fiber content, high levelness, cotton shell can be easily removed during opening and carding stages after scouring, the fibers can be spun to high count yarns.
