不等宽K型间隙方管节点静力性能受β参数影响的研究

摘　　要：目前国内外规范将 β定义为 β1,β2 ,η1,η2 四个因子的组合值 ,它是影响K型间隙方管节点各方面静力性能的重要参数。通过有限元计算 ,比较全面地分析了单独变化 4个因子和 β在 0 3～ 0 8之间变化对支杆为方管的节点性能的影响 ,揭示了 β对不等宽K型间隙方管节点性能的影响规律。将承载力的有限元计算结果与IIW(国际焊接协会 )规范公式计算结果进行了比较 ,结果表明目前规范将 4个因子的影响不加区分而统一用The width ratio of branch and chord β, an important parameter that influences the static behavior of the stepped K-type gapped RHS-joints,is defined as a combination value of β 1,β 2,η 1,η 2 by many codes.The effect of each of four factors on the static behavior of the stepped K-type gapped RHS-joints is studied.As β varies from 0.3 to 0.8,the change of the joint behavior is analyzed in detail.FEA results are compared with IIW formula results.The influencing rules of β on the static behavior of stepped K-type gapped RHS-joints is developed.
