摘　　要：虚拟轴测量技术为逆向工程技术中的关键环节——模型数字化提供了一种新的数据获取途径,弥补了传统测量方式在测量腔体零件和内凹零件表面方面的不足。A new approach for obtaining the data was provided to the model digitization, which is the keypoint of reverse engineering, according to the characteristics of virtual - axis measuring tecnology. It overcomes the disadvantage of traditional measurement in dealing with the inner surface or concave surface of the part.
