摘　　要：针对摩托车油箱左右瓣一体拉深成形工艺的特点,应用数值模拟技术对其进行工艺分析和应力应变分析,确定其破裂和起皱等缺陷产生的部位及原因,提出相应的防止措施,使其成形工艺得到较大改进。In the light of the technological characteristics of monoblock stretch forming for left-right halves of motorcycle fuel tank, the location where breaking and wrincling happen and the causes are found by using the numerical simulation to undertake a technological analysis and a stress-strain analysis, and also relative measures for prevention are proposed, so that the forming process has been greatly improved.
