输精管结扎大鼠前列腺雄激素受体及血清LH、睾酮的变化

摘  要:21只雄性Wistar大鼠,随机分为输精管结扎组(VG)10只及假手术组(SOG)11只。术后10个月检测前列腺胞液雌激素受体浓度及血清LH、睾酮水平。结果是,前列腺胞液雄激素受体浓度,VG为7.44±3.09fmol/mg pro.,SOG为8.27±3.38fmol/mg pro.,两组比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。血清LH的结果,VG为2.20±0.38mIU/ml,SOG为2.26±0.16mIU/ml;血清睾酮为2.01±1.07nmol/L(VG)和2.86±0.92nmol/L(SOG),经t检验,均无统计学意义。本实验结果显示,输精管结扎对血中LH、睾酮水平及前列腺雄激素受体均无明显影响。21 male Wistar rats were randomly divided into vasoligation group (VG) and the sham -operation group (SOG). The prostatic cytosolic androgenic receptor, serum LH and testosterone were studied in the 10th month after vasoligation. Concentrations of prostatic cytosolic androgenic receptor was 7. 44 ±3. 09fmol/mg pro. (VG) and 8. 27 ±3. 38fmol/mg pro. (SOG). respectively. The difference between VG and SOG was of no obvious significance (P>0. 05). The levels of serum LH and testosterone in VG and SOG were 2. 20 ± 0. 38mIU/ml. 2. 01 ± 1. 07nmol/L and 2. 26±0. 16mIU/ml. 2. 86±0. 92nmol/L. respectively, with statistical significant difference not observed between VG and SOG (P>0. 05). These experimental results showed that there wasn't effect on levels of serum LH, testosterone and concentration of prostatic androgenic receptor after vasoligation.
