摘 要:应用形态计量技术研究了实验性糖尿病5周大鼠肾脏的形态变化。结果表明:糖尿病大鼠肾脏重量和肾小球总体积分别比对照动物增加38%和64%。糖尿病大鼠近端肾小管体积、小管上皮高度和管腔直径均明显大于对照大鼠,其中以近端肾小管体积增大更明显。糖尿病大鼠运端肾小管体积和管腔直径也比对照动物显著增大,其中尤以小管体积的增大为著。这些结果提示,糖尿病早期大部分肾单位体积增大,但肾小球与肾小管体积的增大并不均匀。The renal structure in the experimental diabetic rats was studied with morphometric techniques. The results showed that 5 weeks after the induction of diabetes, the kidney weight and the total glomerular volume increased by 38% and 64%. respectively. The proximal tubule volume, tubular epithelial cell height and the luminal diameter in the diabetic kidney were significantly greater than those in the controls, and among these, the increase in the proximal tubule volume was more prominent. The distal tubule volume and the luminal diameter in diabetic kidney were markedly increased when compared with the controls. Among these, the increase in the distal tubule volume was more pronounced. These findings suggest that the volume of most nephrons increased in the early stage of diabetes. but the increase in the glomerular and tubular volume is not uniform.
