摘 要:根据小剂量生物学效应实验研究的需要,作者设计制做了小鼠局部照射屏蔽盒。其优点①一次可摆放多只小鼠;②条件均一;③易于控制和操作;④照射时动物不需麻醉等特殊处理。经使用TLD测试证明在屏蔽区内动物脾区和头部吸收剂量分别降低到初始射束总剂量的0.85%和0.5%,能完全满足局部照射与全身相关关系等方面研究的需要。In order to fulfill the immediate requirement for experimental studies on biological effect of low dose radiation, we designed a shielding kit for local irradiation in mice. Its advantages are: (1) several mice can be irradiated at the same time; (2) the radiation condition is identical; (3) it is easy to control and perform; (4) during irradiation, the animals don't need any special treatments such as anaesthesia. It was proved by TLD test, that absorbed dose in areas of spleen and head in mice after shielding has decreased to 0. 85% and 0. 5% of the original dose in the center of radiation field respectively. The results suggest that the kit was able to satisfy the needs of the experimental studies on radiation biology.
