输精管结扎鼠睾丸ABP和核雄激素受体的动态变化研究

摘　　要：雄性Wistar大鼠 60只,分为输精管结扎后 3月组(V—3),8月组(V—8),15月组(V—15)及其相应对照组(C—3,C—8,C—15)各10只。血清睾酮(ST),睾丸组织睾酮(TT),睾丸雌激素结合蛋白(ABP)和细胞核雄激素受体(NAR)水平检测结果是:①V—15组TT显著高于C—15组(P<0.01),其余组间比较及ST各组间比较均无显著差异(P>0.05);②ABP的平衡解离常数(Kd值),V—3组高于C—3组(P<0.05),但各组都在1.38～5.26nmol范围内,ABP水平结扎组高于相应对照组(P<0.05);③NAR的平衡解离常数各组间无明显差异(P>0.05),NAR水平对应组间无显著差异,但3个结扎组间比较V—8组最低(P<0.05)。Levels of serum testosterone (ST). intratesticular testosterone (TT). androgen binding protein (ABP) and nuclear androgen receptor (NAR) of testicular tissue in Wistar rats were studied in 3 (V-3). 8 (V-8) and 15 (V-15) months following vasectomy and the corresponding control groups C-3, C-8 and C-15. The restults showed that: (1) there were no significant differences in ST and TT among comparable groups, except TT between V-15 and C-15: (2) the Kd value of ABP in V-3 was significantly larger than that in C-3. with no significant differences among the rest comparable groups. The Bmax values by Scatchard analysis and the levels of ABP by single point analysis in V - groups were obviously higher than those in C -groups: (3) the Kd values and concentrations of NAR in V -groups were not significantly different from those in C -groups.
