摘  要:观察钒酸钠、亚硒酸钠及上述二者联合处理5周对糖尿病大鼠心、肝和肾脏抗氧化酶活性的影响。结果表明,糖尿病动物用钒和(或)硒处理显示复杂的抗氧化酶活性改变。钒处理对糖尿病动物心、肝和肾脏所研究的抗氧化酶活性无明显不良影响。钒和硒联合应用可显著提高糖尿病动物肝脏谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性,而降低心、肝和肾脏超氧化物歧化酶活性。In the present study, we investigated the effects of vanadate, selenite, and their combined treatment on antioxidant enzyme activities of the heart, liver and kidney in streptozo-tocininduced diabetic rats. Sodium orthovanadate (V ), sodium selenite (Se) or both were administered in the drinking water for 5 weeks. The results showed that V and/or Se treatment revealed complex patterns of changes of antioxidant enzyme activities in the tissues examined. No significant harmful effects of V treatment on antioxidant enzyme activities were noted in the tissues studied. Treatment of diabetic rats with combined V and Se increased glutathione peroxidase activity in liver, but not in heart and kidney. Superoxide dismutase activities of heart, liver and kidney in combined V and Se-treated diabetic rats were lowered.
