周围血管损伤诊治9例报道

摘　　要：本文报道9例周围血管损伤的诊断与治疗。我们的经验是及时的手术探查,既可早期诊断,还能立即血管修复,缩短伤肢缺血时间,提高治愈率。手术探查时必须逐层解剖、清除周围血块、充分暴露伤处血管,以防漏诊,损伤血管的修复可采用缝补,端端吻合或血管移植。本组用自体大隐静脉移植病例均很满意,具有成功率高的优点。In this paper, we report our clinical experience with 9 cases of peripheral vascular trauma and emphasize their diagnosis and management. It is found that timely probing operation can favour both early diagnosis and repairing of blood vessel and shorten the time of limb's ischemic state, thus raising the rate of recovery. Precaution must be taken in probing operation, i.e. We must sever gradually to clean blood mass, and expose sufficiently to prevent from leaking diagnosis. The repairing of injured blood vessels includes sewing, end - end anastomosis and transplanting blood vessels.It is adequate for the cases reported in this paper to use the transplant of v. saphena magna of one's own, which has many advantages, for example, the probability of success of operation is higher.
