华蟾素抗肿瘤作用机理的初步探讨

摘　　要：华蟾素注射液是以蟾皮为主要原料研制而成的一种具有抗肿瘤作用的水溶性制剂。本文对其抗肿瘤机理的研究结果初步表明:华蟾素注射液对体外培养的H_(22)腹水型肝癌细胞无直接杀伤作用,但能明显抑制其DNA和RNA的生物合成,且抑制作用随着药物剂量的增大而增强。该注射液尚能提高荷瘤小鼠血浆内cAMP含量和cAMP/cGMP比值,并使之恢复到正常水平。Cinobufocini injection is a preparation containing water soluble components of the toad skin. Clinical and laboratorial materials showed that it had the effects of antitumour ,but up to now,its antitumour mechanism has not been understood. With this end in mind,we made a preliminary study. The results are as follows : Cinobufocini injection had no cytotoxity on H22 ascitic hepatoma (H22 AH)cells in vitro,but it could markedly inhibite the biosynthesis of DNA and RNA in H22 AH cells,and the inhibition enhanced with the increase in the concentration of drug. It also could enhance the level of serum cAMP and the ratio of cAMP/cGMP in hepatoma-carried mice.
