摘 要:研究了不同稳定剂和不同载体对低温醇 水溶液中还原的铑纳米簇合物催化剂在丙酮酸酯不对称加氢反应中催化性能的影响.结果表明:在负载型铑纳米簇合物催化剂中,载体对催化剂的催化性能有一定的促进作用;体积较大的大分子作为稳定剂,可以有效地防止金属的聚集和沉积,使其在载体表面均匀分散,与没有稳定剂存在的催化剂相比,底物的转化率和对映选择性都有提高.The effect of different stabilizers and supports on the catalytic properties of supported Rhodium nanoclusters in the enantioselective hydrogenation of methyl and ethyl pyruvates were investigated. Cinchonidine was used as the chiral modifier. The results showed that the supported catalysts exhibited higher activity and enantioselectivity than the unsupported rhodium nanoclusters. It suggested that the supports (γ-Al2O3, α-Al2O3, TS-1 and Carbon-nanotubes) played an important role in improving the asymmetric hydrogenation performance of the polyvinylpyrrolidone-stabilized rhodium nanoclusters. The stabilizer of different molecular weight, such as PVP, CD, QN, TPP and β-CD may form a complex with rhodium clusters through weak interactions. This was favourable for the rhodium nanoclusters high dispersion and the storage of the catalyst in air for a long time without aggregation.
