从现代心理治疗及气功养生学再认识中心心脑功能

摘　　要：气功古称吐纳、导引、静坐、行气等 ,195 5年 ,正式统称为气功。气功是中国古代流传下来的一类以自我心身调整为特色的医疗保健养生方法。中医“调心”技术指导下的气功养生学只有借助现代生理及心理治疗学理论进一步阐明其对心脑功能的认识 ,才能适应现代医学科学的高速发展 ;而现代心理治疗也只有在充分比较研究的基础上 ,才能完成本土化的移植 ,提高疗效和适用范围。中医学提出“心主神明”与“脑为元神之腑”学说 ,并结合调神、情志理论 ,认为通过气功“调治心神” ,即可起到强体健身、防治疾病的作用。但是 ,关于中医脑和心的结构和功能的认识甚为模糊和混淆 ,给本身的理论发展、临床实践 ,以及中西医结合带来了障碍。故进行深入的比较研究 ,用现代医学的观点解释中医学理论 ,将有利于不同心理治疗之间的交流与兼容 ,为西方心理治疗在中国的移植提供可能的模式。The Qigong-maintining-good-health under the guidance of caring for mind can't adapt itself to the rapid development of modern medicine until its theory has been illustrated through the Psychotherapy theory to explain the functions of Qigong to both the heart and the cerebrum.But,howerver,the mordern Psychotherapy can finish its transplanting only through the adequate and rich comparations and researches so as to improve the effects of Psychotherapy and enlarge the range of it.The theory of TCM tells us such concepts as the conditions of the heart can inevitally influence one's mind and the state of one's mind can show one's states of internal organs.At the same time the theory of TCM also build up one's body and prevent the attack of diseases because Qigong can firsfly nursing the mind.But seeing that the structures and functions of cerebrum and heart of traditional Chinese Medicine are still vague and confusing to most people,meanwhile the not knowing the structures and functins of the two systems set a big barrier in front of the development of its theory,clinic practice and the mixture of Chinese Medicines and western Medicines.Therefore,to have a further comparation research and to explain the theories of TCM through the modern medicine will greatly benefit to the communication and mixture of different Psychotherapeutic ways,and it can alse offer a possible model for the transplantation of western Psychotherapy to China.
