摘  要:滚子摆动从动件凸轮机构经高副低代后得到等效的铰链四杆机构,利用三心定理及弗列登斯坦定理对等效机构进行运动分析后,可以得到确定凸轮廓线曲率半径的图解法.在图解法的基础上应用矢量分析法推导出了摆动滚子从动件凸轮廓线曲线率半径的计算公式,这样,确定了凸轮机构的基本尺寸及运动规律之后,即可方便地计算出凸轮廓线曲率半径,且根据计算结果正负可直接判断出凸轮廓线上各点的凸凹特性.Through application of Freudensteins third theorem to the equivalent four-bar linkage which can replaces a disk-cam mechanism,a new simple graphical mehod for determining the radius of curvature of cam profile is obtained.Based on the graphical method,the formular for computing the radius of curvature of cam profile has been developed by means of vector analysis.So the instantaneous radius of curvature of cam profile can be computed if the kinematic characteristics of the follower instead of the profile of the cam are specified,and the positive or negative of radius of curvature computed by means of the formular can directly indicate that the cam is convex or concave.
