摘  要:本研究应用双抗原免疫细胞化学染色方法观察了大白鼠下丘脑室旁核(PVN)含促肾上腺皮质激素释放因子(CRF)神经元的分布,以及与神经肽(NPY)、ACTH和生长抑素(SOM)等肽能神经元间的关系。提示这些神经肽系统可在PVN选择性地刺激CRF神经元。Dual antigen immunocytochemical staining procedures were used to observe the distribution of CRF - containing neurons in the paraventricular nucleus (PVN) of rat hypothalamus and elucidate its anatomic relationship to other peptidergic neurons such as NPY, ACTH and SOM -containing neurons. CRF -immunoreactive neurons are densely concentrated in the parvicellular component of PVN. Scattered cells of CRF were also found in the posterior magnocellar part. NPY. ACTH and SOM-immunostained fibers are distributed throughout the periventricular stratum and parvicellular component of PVN, and these surrounding fibers are in intimate association with the brown CRF -immunoreactive perikary on and its processes respectively. The results in this study clearly demonstrate a close anatomic relationship between the CRF and the other peptidergic neurons of PVN, suggesting that these special neurons of PVN may participate, in regulation of activities of CRF.
