摘　　要：目的探讨应用指动脉终末背侧支逆行岛状皮瓣修复指端缺损的临床疗效。方法应用指动脉终末背侧支逆行皮瓣修复指端缺损12例,皮瓣面积为1.0cm×1.8cm～1.3cm×2.2cm。结果皮瓣全部成活,外观满意。结论该术式避免指掌侧固有血管、神经的损伤,手术简便,是临床修复指端缺损的良好方法。Objective To evaluate the treatment of reverse flap based on the end dorsal branches of digital artery for repairing fingertip defect. Methods We applied the reverse flap to repair12cases with fingertip defect,and its area was from1.0cm×1.8cm to1.3cm×2.2cm. Results All cases survived,and had good appearance. Conclusion It can avoid injury of digital proper artery,which is a good method for repairing fingertip defect.
